Drilling rig

Drilling Rig

Drilling rigs are used for vibration free drilling of CFA piles, soil displacement piles or casing piles with or without grout injection. Depending on the  type of drill casing several different pile systems can be made with a drilling rig. Drilling rigs are equipped with an hydraulic rotary head which is rotating the drill casing by torque and by a vertical pull-down force into the soil. Drilling rigs in general can be recognized by a reinforced leader which has to be suitable to bear the torque forces of the rotary head. Drilling rigs also are equipped with a more powerfull engine or a separate power pack to deliver the required oil flow to power the rotary head.

Capping Beam System

With the capping beam system it is very easy to perform concrete cappings on sheet pile or combiwall structures in a safe and efficient way. With innovative panels the shape of the retaining walls can be followed. The panels are equipped with hand railings and walkways. The panels are modular and can be applied in combination with side shuttering.

Hydraulic Impact Hammer

Hydraulic Impact Hammer

A hydraulic impact hammer is a unit in which a ram weight is hydraulically driven with a cylinder and accelerated downwards providing an impact force on the top of a pile. By means of a serious impact frequency the pile is driven into the soil. The hydraulic system and ram weight are mounted in a steel open or closed frame with a drive cap at the underside. This drive cap is often mounted in a so called drive cap housing. In case the hammer frame is closed the hammer is most likely suitable for under water applications.
